Do you have cash machines in the centre?
Yes, we have four cash machines which are all free to use. Located on the upper mall in Newspoint, on the middle mall outside Marks and Spencer and two on the lower mall by the food court.
Yes, we have male and female public toilets on the lower mall next to the food court.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes, baby changing facilities are available next to the food court on the lower mall.
Do you have disabled facilities?
In the centre, we have disabled toilets next to the food court area and ramp access throughout the centre.
In the car park we have designated disabled parking on the full lower floor of the blue car park and also there are disabled toilets and changing facilities opposite the Shopmobility office.
To aide your shopping experience we offer Shopmobility scooters free of charge and are available for booking in the office at the entrance to the blue car park.
Do you have a place for lost property?

What are your parking charges?
Car parking charges are the following:

For Bank Holiday and Sunday parking it is a flat fee of 50p all day.
Standard opening hours are 7.00am -18.00pm.
Do you have late night/over night parking available?
Yes, although the main blue and green car park entrance is closed from 7.30pm, the red car park is open 24 hours.
Parking between 5.00pm-6.00am is a flat fee of 50p
Are you open Sundays and Bank Holidays?
Yes, we are open 10.30am to 4.30pm Sundays and 10.00am to 5.00pm on Bank Holidays
Do you have late night trading?
During the Christmas period we open until 8pm on a Thursday evening.
